Sayit Çapaz is Managing Partner of Suits Finance, an international finance and advisory firm supporting companies operating across the EEA, non-EEA jurisdictions, and the United States. The firm focuses on financial structuring, reporting, and strategic oversight for high-growth businesses, e-commerce companies, and family offices.
Under his leadership, Suits Finance has established itself as an enterprise-grade partner for companies scaling beyond a single jurisdiction, delivering consistent financial frameworks and execution across complex, multi-regulatory environments. Sayit oversees international operations and client engagements, ensuring alignment, control, and scalability across jurisdictions.
Prior to Suits Finance, Sayit spent over six years at Deloitte within the International and Financial Services practice, where he progressed to Manager. During this time, he worked with multinational clients on external audit, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance across complex, multi-country structures.
Sayit holds a Master’s degree and Post-Master in Accountancy from Tilburg University and is a certified Registeraccountant (RA), accredited by the Nederlandse Beroepsorganisatie van Accountants (NBA).
