Terms

All the terms to which you agree when you sign up for a Suits Finance product.

Legal Structure and Terminology

Throughout these Terms, references to “Company,” “Firm,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer collectively to the **("Suits Finance organization")**—a network that operates under the names Suits Finance, Suits Formations, and Suits Connect. These firms, while branded together, each have distinct and independent operations.

SF Global B.V. and her member firms—including those behind [suitsformations.com](suitsformations.com), [formations.company](formations.company), [suitsfinance.com](suitsfinance.com), Suits Finance, and Suits Connect—form this closely affiliated group.

Each entity within the Suits Finance organization is legally separate and independently responsible for its own actions; no entity may bind or create obligations for another. SF Global B.V. and its affiliates do **not** provide services for one another or assume responsibility for each other's conduct. In the Netherlands, services are delivered by specific subsidiaries or affiliates of SF Global B.V., which is registered in the Dutch trade register under number [insert registration number].

For further details about our company structure, please visit [About us](/about).

When we say “Services,” we mean all websites, products, and solutions created and maintained by entities within the Suits Finance organization, including those identified above, whether made available through a web browser, desktop or mobile application, or any other format.

When we say “You” or “your,” we mean the individuals or organizations that use or receive one or more of our Services.

Terms Updates

We may update these Terms of Service ("Terms") from time to time. The "April 2nd 2026" at the top of this page shows the most recent amendment. Changes generally clarify or update policies referenced here. Whenever we make material changes, we will update the pubDate and take other steps to notify account holders as appropriate. If you wish to see a version of the Terms prior to the latest one displayed, please email us and we will provide an audit log with access to legacy Terms.

Your Use of Services

By using our Services, now or in the future, you agree to the latest version of these Terms. Sometimes, we may choose not to enforce or exercise a right or provision in these Terms; this does not mean we waive that right or provision. **These Terms contain important limitations on liability.** If you breach these Terms, we may terminate your account or cease providing Services at our discretion. We strive to maintain your trust by operating transparently, communicating openly, and making it easy for you to provide feedback.

Account Terms

  1. You are responsible for maintaining account and password security, and for ensuring your users do the same. The Company cannot and will not be liable for loss or damage resulting from your failure to observe this obligation. We strongly suggest using [two-factor authentication](#_) where available; in some of our Services, it may be required.
  2. You may not use the Services for prohibited purposes as specified in our [Use Restrictions policy](#_), nor permit anyone under your account to do so.
  3. You are responsible for all content posted and activity occurring under your account, including by users associated with your account.
  4. Only human beings may register accounts; registration by bots or other automation is not permitted.

Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes

  1. If you are using a free version of a Service, it is truly free: we neither request your payment information nor sell your data.
  2. For paid Services offering a free trial, the trial duration is made clear upon sign-up. After the trial, prepayment is required to retain access. Unpaid accounts will be frozen and inaccessible until payment is made; after an extended period, these may be canceled. See our [Cancellation policy](#_) for details.
  3. Upgrading from free to paid plans results in immediate charging and a new billing cycle from the upgrade date. For other plan changes, new billing takes effect with the next cycle.
  4. All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties. Where required, we will remit applicable taxes. Please see our [Taxes policy](#_) for details. Where we do not collect, you are responsible for remittance.
  5. Refunds are handled according to our [Fair Refund policy](#_).

Cancellation and Termination

  1. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. Cancellation options are provided within the Services for your convenience; instructions are in our [Cancellation policy](#_). Email or phone requests are not automatically considered cancellation, but support is available if you need assistance.
  2. Your content becomes inaccessible immediately upon cancellation. All content will be permanently deleted from live systems within 30 days and from backups within 60 days. This deletion is irreversible. If you want to export data, please do so before cancellation.
  3. Cancelling before the end of a paid month takes effect immediately with no further charges. We do not automatically prorate unused time. See our [Fair Refund policy](#_) for exceptions.
  4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason, at any time. Suspension blocks access; termination permanently deletes your account and all content. We also may refuse Services to any individual or entity at our sole discretion. This is rarely exercised, but necessary to address nefarious activity—see our [Use Restrictions policy](#_) for further details.
  5. Any form of abuse (verbal, physical, written, or otherwise, including threats) toward a Company employee or officer results in immediate account termination.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

  1. We are committed to supporting our services as long as viable. We may modify, redesign, or retire features, or close new sign-ups as needed, and reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice.
  2. Pricing occasionally changes. When it does, we typically exempt existing customers from increases, but may give notice otherwise. Any price changes for existing customers will be communicated at least 30 days in advance, typically via email and/or notices within the Services.

Uptime, Security, and Privacy

  1. Use of our Services is at your sole risk. Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We take uptime seriously, and you can check [our Status page](https://status.suits.finance) for current information.
  2. Excessive or abnormal usage may result in temporary account disablement. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you unless urgent action is needed to protect service quality.
  3. Multiple measures protect your data, including backups, redundancies, and encryption. We enforce encrypted transmission from public networks, though a minority of data may transit internally unencrypted. See our [Security Overview](#_) and [Security Response page](#_) for more details or to report potential incidents.
  4. By entrusting us with your data, you agree that Suits Finance may process it as described in our [Privacy Policy](#_) and only for those purposes. Human access to your data is limited to:

- **Providing support that you request,** with express consent.
    - **Rare troubleshooting of interrupted automated processes.** Minimal personal data may be accessed only as needed, with intentions to resolve root causes.
    - **Protecting the Services.** We monitor logs and metadata to safeguard security. If required, accounts may be accessed during [abuse investigations](#_).
    - **Legal compliance.** As a company registered in the Netherlands (with data infrastructure as disclosed in our Privacy Policy), Suits Finance complies with legally binding orders from competent authorities and will share only the minimum information required.

  1. Third-party vendors and partners may supply hardware, software, hosting, storage, and computing infrastructure for the Services. See lists for [Suits Finance subprocessors](#_), [Suits Formations subprocessors](#_), [Suits Connect subprocessors](#_), and other [Company processors](#_).
  2. Under relevant regulations such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), Suits Finance operates as a “service provider” with respect to use of the Services. We only process data for the purposes as outlined herein and in the [Privacy Policy](#_). You also agree to comply with your own CCPA obligations and not misuse our Services with respect to CCPA-regulated data.
  3. If the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”) applies to your use, these Terms incorporate the [Suits Finance Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”)](#_). The linked DPA supersedes any previously agreed processing addenda.

Copyright and Content Ownership

  1. You must comply with all applicable copyright laws (including US law) regarding content posted on the Services. Information for [reporting copyright claims](#_) is available.
  2. You grant us a limited license to use your (and your users’) posted content only as necessary to provide the Services; ownership remains with you.
  3. Content is not pre-screened, but may be refused or removed at our discretion.
  4. All rights in and to the Services (including IP, software, and design) belong to the Company or its licensors. You gain no rights by mere use. You may not copy, duplicate, or reuse any portion of our technical or visual materials (HTML, CSS, JS, design, etc.) without written permission. For use of logos in promotions, please [email us](#_). Permission may be rescinded if these Terms are violated.
  5. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any Service or related access or functionality without our written consent.

Features and Bugs

We design and provide Services based on our own expertise and the input of customers, aiming for optimal solutions but without warranties of fitness for every possible purpose or expectation.

Despite extensive testing, no software is completely bug-free. We triage and fix priority bugs, especially those related to security or privacy, but do not guarantee resolution of all reports or absolute error-free operation.

Please report issues through our [Bug bounty program](#_).

Services Adaptations and API Terms

We offer APIs for certain Services. Any use of our APIs—including via third-party products—is governed by these Terms as well as the following:

  1. We are not liable for damages or losses resulting from your use of the APIs or third-party integrations, If the aforementioned has happened, Please contact our support to see if there's something we can aid with.
  2. APIs may not be integrated in ways that surveil, record, or monitor user activity except for permitted uses (such as time tracking). We may require removal of integrations that violate this rule.
  3. Abuse or excessive API usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access. We will try to warn you first, but may disable access without warning if needed to protect our infrastructure.

This cannot and does not cover Services that are optionally governed by a [Service Level Agreement](#_), The terms of your Service Level Agreement should be adhered if applicable and specified.

Liability

We reference limitations throughout these Terms, but to reiterate:

**_You expressly understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable, in law or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or inability to use the Services; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party; (v) or any other matter relating to these Terms or the Services, however arising._**

Put simply: your use of our Services is an act of trust in us. If that trust does not play out as hoped, we cannot accept financial liability for those outcomes. We do our utmost to warrant your trust through diligent management and investments in security, infrastructure, and talent.
